Management Systems are used by organizations to articulate
how their business processes are to be carried out. There are many forms of
management systems that have been developed over time, some of which are
bureaucratic while others are instructional, depending on the organization. A
common component in all management systems is documentation, which may be in the
form of manuals, instructions or workbooks. They all need to be managed to
ensure that the staff are following the current instructions.
